Florida Natural Gas Association Membership:

Through the Florida Natural Gas Association Officers, Directors, committees, and staff, the FNGA works daily for the entire natural gas industry across Florida.  This past year the FNGA has had many accomplishments and continues to work as a strong unified statewide association. The FNGA is your voice, offering services and benefits to all its members. Through the FNGA you speak with a strong, united voice of Florida’s natural gas industry.

These programs also provide an opportunity for networking and exchange of ideas. The FNGA also sponsors advertising and public relations programs that promote the sale and use of natural gas appliances and build good will toward the natural gas industry.

Membership Categories

Contractor/Installer - 
Contractor/Installer members are companies that contract to install or service natural gas appliances, install low pressure, residential and commercial piping downstream of the meter, venting equipment, etc.

• Contractor/Installer Member - $240

 
Distribution Corporate –
Interstate and intrastate investor owned, special districts and natural gas municipal distribution systems within Florida.

​Distribution membership dues are based on the number of meters the company had in service on the last day of the calendar year immediately prior to the start of the Association’s fiscal year:

• 1 to 500 meters -  $667
• 501 to 1,000 meters - $967
• 1,001 to 1,500 meters - $1,266
• 1,501 to 2,000 meters - $2,000
• 2,001 to 2,500 meters - $2,734
• 2,501 to 3,000 meters - $3,468
• 3,001 to 3,500 meters - $4,135
• 3,501 to 4,000 meters - $4,803
• 4,001 to 5,000 meters - $5,603
• 5,001 to 6,000 meters - $7,670
• 6,001 to 8,000 meters - $10,004
• 8,001 to 10,000 meters - $12,007
• 10,001 to 15,000 meters - $16,008
• 15,001 to 20,000 meters - $19,343
• 20,001 to 25,000 meters - $22,679
• 25,001 to 30,000 meters - $26,681

Electric –
Electric members shall be any legal entity actively engaged in the generation, transmission and/or distribution of electricity within the State of Florida.

Electric membership dues are based on the Generation Capacity (Mw):

• Up to 100 Mw - $6,671
• 101 to 1,000 Mw - $13,340
• 1,001 to 5,000 Mw - $20,011
• 5,001 to 10,000 Mw - $33,351
• 10,001 Mw and above - $66,701

 
Interstate Pipeline Corporate –
Pipelines that cross into other states.

Interstate Pipeline membership dues are based on the pipeline’s bcf (billion cubic feet):

• 0 to less than ½ bcf - $9,339
• ½ bcf to less than 1 ½ bcf - $24,680
• 1 ½ bcf and above - $34,685

 
Intrastate Pipeline Corporate –
Pipelines only within the State of Florida.

• ​Intrastate Pipeline Member - $6,671

 
Marketer Corporate –
Companies that market natural gas within the State of Florida.

• Marketer Member - $3,335

 
Supplier –
Companies that provide material, appliances or professional services to the natural gas industry. Supplier members comprise the supplier section and elect their own Supplier Representatives.

There are 4 levels of Supplier Membership:

• Supplier Regular Member - $695
• Supplier Silver Member - $1,160

      Supplier Silver Members receive recognition as a Silver Member which includes three months of E-News advertisement – emailed weekly ($300 value), Silver Member                recognition at all association events and meetings, and Silver Member recognition in the annual membership directory.

• Supplier Gold Member - $2,323

      Supplier Gold Members receive recognition as a Gold Member which includes six months of E-News advertisement – emailed weekly ($600 value), Gold Member                            recognition at all association events and meetings, and Gold Member recognition in the annual membership directory.

• Supplier Platinum Member -  $4,764

       Supplier Platinum Members receive recognition as a Platinum Member which includes twelve months of E-News advertisement – emailed weekly ($1,200 value),                             Platinum Member recognition at all association events and meetings, Platinum Member recognition in the annual membership directory, Platinum Member recognition               with linked logo on the FNGA membership website, and the opportunity to meet with member company decision-makers during one of the FNGA events.

 Underground Contractor –
Underground Contractor members are companies that install underground natural gas piping and/or conduct directional drilling for distribution systems and pipeline companies. Underground Contractor members help comprise the Supplier section and elect their own Supplier Representatives. 

There are 4 levels of Underground Contractor Membership:

• Underground Contractor Regular Member - $695
• Underground Contractor Silver Member - $1,160

      Underground Contractor Silver Members receive recognition as a Silver Member which includes three months of E-News advertisement – emailed weekly ($300 value),              Silver Member recognition at all association events and meetings, and Silver Member recognition in the annual membership directory.

• Underground Contractor Gold Member - $2,323
